  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine whether you qualify for an expunction. Then Morgan gets to work!

  • Pricing is based on the county and court of arrest. Some DFW counties charge more fees than other to file expunction petitions. Morgan charges flat fees meaning EVERYTHING you need for you case is included. One invoice, no extras, assuming your case is uncontested.

    If you receive any type of government assistance, you may qualify for a pro bono or low bono fee.

    Payment plans are available.

  • Timelines depend on the case and court, but Morgan is generally able to get cases filed in court within 5 business days of payment. Expunctions are typically moved through the court anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Morgan stays on top of the District Attorney and court staff to keep your case moving.
